you have provided above to use to contact you about Society matters and to
pass on other information that we consider may interest you.
For speed, good communication and to save money, the Society prefers to
use email to keep in touch with members wherever possible. We look after
your contact information and will not give it to a third party without your
consent or unless we are legally required to do so. Please be sure to update us
if you change address, phone numbers or email, etc. If you want to check the
information we hold on you or wish us not to hold your contact details or not
